Sunoco Race Fuels and Insinger Performance, Inc Sign Multi-Year Deal with Race of Champions Motorsports

SUNOCO RACE FUELS AND INSINGER PERFORMANCE, INC. SIGN MULTI YEAR DEAL WITH RACE OF CHAMPIONS MOTORSPORTS

(January 7, 2015 - BINGHAMTON, NY)…The National Parts Peddler Trade Show is always a place where short track auto racing industry officials and teams gather to prepare for the 2015 racing season.  At this year’s show Race of Champions Motorsports Director Andrew Harpell and Bruce Insinger from Insinger Performance took the opportunity to secure the continuation of the long standing relationship with Sunoco Race Fuels and the RoC. 

On Saturday Harpell and Insinger signed a multi-year deal to solidify a long relationship between the two motorsports leaders.  Sunoco Race Fuels through Insinger Performance will remain the title sponsor of the Sunoco Race of Champions Modified 200 at Oswego Speedway on Saturday, September 19^th.  This year will mark the 65^th consecutive running of the prestigious Asphalt Modified event.  The Race of Champions Asphalt Modified Tour will also run under a Spec fuel beginning in 2015. 

Sunoco Race Fuels and Insinger Performance, Inc. will also serve as the “Official Fuel” of the Race of Champions Asphalt Modified, Dirt Modified, Dirt Sportsman and Dirt Street Stock Tours.  The signing will help solidify the solid point funds provided to all four series and will also add a few bonus incentives starting this season.

The “Hard Charger” at each of the RoC Touring events this season will receive a 5 gallon can of Sunoco Race Fuel for their efforts as well.  This season will also see an ongoing fan participation program taking place at all of the RoC Touring events.  The grand prize winner of the dirt fan program will win a Grand Prize of 10 V.I.P room tickets for the American Racer Cup Weekend at Five Mile Point Speedway on Saturday, October 10^th.  The grand prize winner of the asphalt fan program will win a Grand Prize of 10 V.I.P room tickets during the Sunoco Race of Champions Weekend at Oswego Speedway on September 18^th. 

Bruce Insinger from Insinger Performance Inc. commented on the Saturday resigning, “We are very happy with the past commitment that the Race of Champions has shown to both our brand and to the race teams that support their events.”  “This has been a long standing relationship between Sunoco Race Fuels and the Race of Champions and we are extremely excited about it moving forward.”

The 2015 Race of Champions Dirt Modified and Sportsman Tour openers will take place on Saturday, March 14^th at the Selinsgrove Speedway.  The Race of Champions Dirt Street Stock Tour opener will take place on Saturday, April 4^th at Five Mile Point Speedway.  The Race of Champions Asphalt Modified Tour opener will be released during the month of December.
