Sunoco becomes official fuel supplier for BRDC Formula 4

(November 5, 2015 – Wareham Dorset, UK)…..Anglo American Oil Company Ltd. are pleased to announce that they have been nominated as the official fuel supplier to the BRDC Formula 4 Championship, starting from this weekend's opening Duo BRDC F4 Autumn Trophy round at Snetterton. The deal will see Sunoco RMR, an MSA conformant 100 octane race fuel that is extremely stable and clean burning, used in every new-for-2016 Tatuus-Cosworth car during the entirety of the Autumn Trophy and the 2016 season.

Anglo American Oil Company Ltd. is the official distributor of Sunoco race fuel throughout the UK, Europe and the Middle East and will supply the fuel to BRDC F4, whilst also administering fuel testing after each qualifying session and race to support the championship’s scrutineers. As part of the deal, the Sunoco logo will feature on the front-wing endplates of every BRDC Formula 4 car on the grid.

Sunoco, manufactured in Philadelphia, United States, is the largest manufacturer of high quality race fuels in the world and supplies a number of international racing championships including NASCAR and the IndyCar Series. Sunoco produces a range of racing fuels from 100 octane to 120 octane, including E85, and supplies fuel to the British GT Championship, which will co-headline seven race meetings alongside BRDC Formula 4 in 2016.
