Martin Wins Farley Speedway’s Deery Brothers Summer Series Event

Zrostlik Wins the Sunoco Bonus

(April 18, 2016 – Farley, IA)  Friday evening at Farley Speedway the Deery Brothers Summer Series had 42 cars on hand for the second event of the season.

Curt Martin came away the winner – his 26^th win with the series.  This places Martin tied for third on the all-time Summer Series wins list.  This is Martin’s first Summer Series main event win in 10 years, his last win was in May 2006 at Highway 3 Raceway in Allison, a track that no longer exists.

Joe Zrostlik of Long Grove, IA was the Sunoco bonus winner, and he also finished second, his career-best Summer Series finish.
