Jimmy Owens Voted WELD Racing Most Popular Driver of the Year by the Fans

(WAYCROSS, GA  -  November 7, 2014) - The Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series and WELD Racing put together a contest in 2014 for fans to vote for their favorite driver on the LOLMDS at each series event. By voting for their most popular driver, fans were also entered in a contest for a grand prize drawing for a set of custom WELD Wheels for their personal vehicle.  Jimmy Owens of Newport, TN received the most fan votes and will be honored at the series awards banquet as the 2014 WELD Racing Most Popular Driver.  Jimmy will receive $1,000 for his award, compliments of WELD Racing.

The grand prize winner of the set of custom WELD Wheels was drawn at the Dirt Track World Championship and Roxanne Polkowski of Flatwoods, KY is the winner.  She will receive a set of new custom WELD Wheels for her vehicle, compliments of WELD Racing.
