Chevy Super Series Welcomes Wesley Outland to the Team

 

(May 31, 2017 - Cartersville, GA) – NeSmith Racing/Crate Racin’ USA announced today the hiring of Wesley Outland to the position of Series Announcer and Public Relations for the NeSmith Dirt Late Model Series and Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series. Outland will assume the role and begin work with the series’ effective immediately.

Outland had served on a part-time/fill-in basis for many of the early season events on the NeSmith Dirt Late Model and Chevrolet Performance Super Late Model Series schedules. “We are glad to have Wesley join our team here at NeSmith Racing, and are excited about ideas and changes that he will bring to our organization,” stated NeSmith Racing Found and CEO Mike Vaughn. “Wesley really embraces the ideas and avenues that are important to reaching fans and drivers and we look forward to having him on board for the future growth of “America’s Leader in Racing”.

“I am tremendously humbled, and looking forward to this incredible opportunity to work for NeSmith Racing/Crate Racin’ USA. Mike Vaughn and Adam Stewart have a spectacular series. I’ve had the privilege to work with them since the Ice Bowl at Talladega Short Track in January on a limited basis, and now to be able to work full-time it’s going to be a pleasure. I feel that the NeSmith Racing and Chevrolet Performance Super Series are the best Touring and Weekly racing divisions for dirt track racing and the sky is the limit, and I am looking forward to getting on board,” stated Outland.
