Hotel rooms at the Rio All-Suite Hotel & Casino are being reserved at an unprecedented rate.

OCTOBER 9 - Room block date deadline *After this date, the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only

OCTOBER 25 - Online registration closes

OCTOBER 28/29 - Move in and set-up

OCTOBER 30 - Official on-track action begins with practice

OCTOBER 31 - Official race day

NOVEMBER 1 - Official race day

NOVEMBER 2 - Official race day
