260 GT
260 GT® is a street-legal, oxygenated, unleaded gasoline designed for high performance street cars, muscle cars, classics, street rods, motorcycles, and the like. With a 100 octane rating, Sunoco 260 GT will allow increased boost levels in supercharged or turbocharged applications compared to lower octane “pump” gas. Sunoco 260 GT will not harm catalytic converters or oxygen sensors. 260 GT contains a comprehensive additive package for greater engine protection and reduced fuel system deposits. It is compatible with two-stroke synthetic and mineral-based engine oils. 260 GT is safe for carbureted and fuel injected engines. As with any gasoline, it should be stored in opaque, tightly sealed containers and kept where temperatures are stable. Properly stored, the shelf life of 260 GT is in excess of 1 year. 260 GT is not street legal in California and other areas that requires fuel to comply with California Air Resources Board regulations. If you need a fuel that is California Air Resource Board compliant (street legal in CA), you want SS 100.
